Context of and specific resources for assessment

Assessment must ensure participation in media interviews in multiple media that are of sufficient duration to allow the candidate to demonstrate competency and to ensure consistency of performance

Assessment must also ensure access to

simulated or actual media interviews with media personnel and equipment

access to documentation such as contracts and organisational protocols in dealing with the media

Method of assessment

A range of assessment methods should be used to assess practical skills and knowledge The following examples are appropriate for this unit
